1. Functions: Advising the leaders of the Authority on orientations for development of policies, programs, plans, schemes and planning related to investment and development of EPZs and IZs; undertaking the tasks of synthesizing and reporting on the situation of investment, construction and State management in the EPZs and IZs.
2. Duties:
2.1. Developing 5-year plans, annual plans; annual work programs on development of EPZs and IZs; programs, plans and schemes related to construction and development of EPZs and IZs.
2.2. Synthesizing reports on performance of investment projects, situation of construction and development of EPZs - IZs.
2.3. Assuming prime responsibility for and coordinating with functional departments and units in evaluating investment efficiency in EPZs and IZs.
2.4. Leading the implementation of the Program of improve the quality of growth and competitiveness of the city's economy in the EPZs and IZs.
2.5. Assuming prime responsibility for, and coordinate with building databases on investment projects in EPZs and IZs; storing and exploiting data and making connections with the national information system as prescribed.
2.6. Acting as the focal point for building and monitoring the cooperation program with the Economic and Industrial Zone Authorities of province.
