1. Functions: Advising the leaders of the Authority in supporting investors in their implementation of projects and State management on investment monitoring in EPZs-IZs.
2. Duties:
2.1. Receiving, processing the records of investment guarantees for investment projects in case of discontinued application of investment incentives; implementing security deposit procedures for projects subject to investment security deposit; receiving, handling and advising the leaders of the Authority to submit to the City 's People's Committee the application for use of ABTC cards of enterprises based in EPZs-IZs.
2.2. Coordinating with functional departments and units concerned to perform investor support activities during their implementation of projects: bank-enterprise connection program, investment stimulation program of the city, trade promotion and other supports.
2.3. Issuing all types of certificates of origin for the goods produced in the EPZs-IZs in accordance with laws.
2.4. Performing investment project supervision and evaluation according to laws.
